SECTION: 25 05 11 CYBERSECURITY FOR FACILITY RELATED CONTROL SYSTEMS (CCTV)

System Owner Requirements:

  1. For CLOSED CIRCUIT TELECISION (CCTV), Contact the JBLM, Department of Emergency Services (DES), Physical Security Office at usarmy.jblm.imcom.list.des-physical-security@army.mil if CCTV involves Access Control Points (ACPs) or Entry Control Points (ECPs) into or out of JBLM cantonment area, Fuel Storage Area, or intersections. 
  2. Proposed connections to the centralized CCTV require the System Owner at DES be notified and must also provide approval of any system components that will be integrated.
  3. If the determination is made that the CCTV is NOT part the DES system, all submittals from UFGS 25 05 11 are required and must be provided to the gaining unit of the system to achieve an ATO for the system.

The Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System provides the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Directorate of Emergency Services immediate visual, recorded history, and play back on vital assets, Access Control Points (ACPs), Entry Control Points (ECPs), Fuel Storage Area, intersections. The system provides immediate visual assessment of intrusion alarm activation and The CCTV system is vital to Law Enforcement and Security personnel.
