  1. This Section includes:
     1. Information regarding new exterior construction regulatory requirements.

• CRITERIA
  1. New Exterior Construction Regulatory Requirements: For any project proposing new exterior construction, contact JBLM Master Planning Division for current Real Property Master Plan and Architectural Appearance Standards.

Exemptions:

1. If the project will be less than six (6) feet / two (2) meters in height.
2. If the project will be less than two hundred (200) square feet / eighteen and a half (18.5) square meters in area and less than fifteen (15) feet / four and a half (4.5) meters in height.
3. If the project consists of unit equipment not anchored to ground with bolts, foundations, or other permanent fixtures.
