 If 01 33 29 is not incorporated in the specifications, change reference to 01 33 29 in this section to instead say 01 57 19.01 20 SUPPLEMENTAL TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS and ensure the additional sustainable acquisition language at paragraphs "Submittals" and "Sustainable Acquisition" of 01 57 19.01 20 is included within that section.  
1.4 SUBMITTALS As applicable based on project scope, include the following under "SD-01 Preconstruction Submittals" and "SD-11 Closeout Submittals": Plastic or Rubber Playground Surfaces (Recycled Content); S

Per Army Regulation 200-1, ensure materials are non-toxic or as least toxic as feasible. Products shall not contain recognized carcinogens.
 
Add the following:
For plastic or rubber surfacing, provide products and documentation meeting the requirements at Section [01 33 29 SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING][01 57 19.01 20 SUPPLEMENTAL TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS] paragraph RECYCLED CONTENT. See https://sftool.gov/greenprocurement/green-produc./park-recreation/209/playground-surfaces/0?addon=False for more information.

2.3.3.2 ENGINEERED WOOD FIBER Add the following: Engineered Wood Fiber shall not contain any toxic or hazardous constituents.

2.6.2.2 WOOD TREATMENT Add the following: Treated wood shall also follow the treatment requirements stated in UFGS Section 06 10 00 ROUGH CARPENTRY.  Copies of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all hazardous materials shall be submitted in accordance with Section 01 57 19.01 20 SUPPLEMENTAL TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS.
