The UFGS deleted this section in 2019 and replaced it with a revised 03 30 00 CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE.  Only use this section for legacy contracts with the older 03 11 13.00 10 incorporated in the umbrella contract specifications.  For other contracts, including all new ones, use 03 30 00.
 
 
1.2 SUBMITTALS If 01 33 29 is not incorporated in the specifications, change reference to 01 33 29 in this section to instead say 01 57 19 TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS and ensure the additional sustainable acquisition language at paragraphs 1.3 and 1.15 of 01 57 19 is included within that section.  
1.2 SUBMITTALS Add the following to "SD-01 Pre-construction Submittals" and "SD-11 Closeout Submittals": Form Release Agents (Biobased Content); S
1.5 DESIGN Create this paragraph and insert the following: Formwork shall be designed in accordance with methodology of ACI 347 for anticipated loads, lateral pressures, and stresses.  Forms shall be capable of producing a surface which meets the requirements of the class of finish specified in Section 03 31 00.00 10 CAST-IN-PLACE STRUCTURAL CONCRETE.  Forms shall be capable of withstanding the pressures resulting from placement and vibration of concrete.
2.2.5 FORM-RELEASE AGENTS [NOTE: In the column to the right, select 01 33 29 when it is incorporated into the specifications, otherwise select 01 57 19 and ensure it includes added sustainable acquisition language at paragraphs 1.3 and 1.15]
